Kan-ban Service
A key factor in the way we have built our company is
the use of the kan-ban system allowing us to plan our work load many months in advance and is very popular with our volume
customers. |

How it works
Our customers would usually place an order for
a range of components they use regularly. We would have an agreed stock level of these parts. We would visit our customers
premises once a week to view the stock level and replace any parts used from the customers stock. This way the customer is
only paying for the stock they use. | |
