Based in the UK, Widnes in Cheshire, precision turning specialists Newtech High Speed Turning Ltd manufacture thousands of quality precision turned parts
every month using our Star sliding head and fixed head CNC lathes.

We use our CNC machine tools to produce precision turned parts from a wide variety of materials including titanium,
stainless steels, brass, aluminium, mild steels and engineering plastics including acetal, UHMW and PTFE.
We have a strong customer base and manufacture turned parts from simple fixings and fasterners to
more complex components for the Automotive & Aerospace industry. As well as producing our own range of sheet
metal fixings we are also breaking in to the medical industry focusing on orthopaedic components. |

Our machines range from cam auto and emi-mec lathes to CNC fixed and slidinghead lathes, our bar feeds
are supplied by FMB, Our measuring equipment is supplied by Mitutoyo and Moore & Wright.
Our parts are delivered nationwide using our own vauxhall vans. |
